
Mallory began studying music as child. She first picked-up a violin as part of the elementary strings program at her school and her innate ability to play the instrument was immediately recognized. She continued to pursue violin and piano throughout high school. She majored in violin at the University of Connecticut, where she also played the bass viola da gamba in the university Collegium Musicum.
Following college, she spent time traveling and volunteering. Throughout her career she has had the privilege of performing for audiences on three continents. While living in the Philippines, she discovered an interest in improvisation and performing original music when she worked with Filipino Christian Rock Band J2MAD and opened for Hopia.
In 2016 she moved to Louisville, Kentucky to pursue her interest in medicine. She continued to study violin and take part in the local music scene. She met Cassie Spires in 2019 and the decided to work together on performing original music.
Mallory has recently added ukulele and mandolin to her skill set. In the past few months, she has also had the privilege of working with a voice coach through Kentuckiana Association of Musicians and Singers.
